Managing Orders
Track your sales, monitor payment status, and manage order fulfillment.
Seller Order Overview
Navigate to Orders (/seller/orders) to see all orders placed on your store pages.
Filtering & Sorting
Filter orders by:
- Status — Open, Paid, Fulfilled, Expired, Cancelled
- Date range — Filter by creation date
- Store page — Show orders for a specific listing
Sort by date, amount, or status.
Charts
The order overview includes Chart.js visualizations showing:
- Sales over time
- Revenue trends
- Order status distribution
Order Statuses
| Status | Description | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Open | Waiting for buyer's payment | Wait or let it expire |
| Paid (Pending) | Payment detected, awaiting confirmations | Usually auto-fulfills |
| Fulfilled | Payment confirmed, games delivered | Complete |
| Expired | 4-hour window elapsed | No action needed |
| Cancelled | Buyer cancelled | No action needed |
Manual Fulfillment
In some cases, you may need to manually fulfill an order:
- Find the order in your seller orders list
- Click Fulfill
- The buyer gains immediate access to the games
WARNING
Only manually fulfill if you've confirmed payment through your own wallet. Ludilol's automatic detection handles most cases.
Transaction History
For a comprehensive financial view, visit Transactions (/seller/transactions):
- Orders, credits, and audit logs combined
- Date-range filtering
- CSV Export — Download your transaction data for accounting
Email Notifications
When an order is fulfilled, the buyer receives an email with:
- Order confirmation
- Links to download or play their games
- Claim code (for anonymous orders)
